Welcome to The Idle Rocks Hotel

Each of The Idle Rocks Hotel's 27 bedrooms has been individually furnished with an emphasis on comfort and style.

Rooms are available in a choice of category: Inland, which is the basic room type without sea view;  Sea view, and within the Premier Category there are Cottage and Balconette room types. As standard, all rooms have remote control colour TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, clock/radio, direct dial telephone and PC modem connection.

The hotel has one sea view bedroom on the ground floor in the main building (sea view and terrace access) with the remaining ones being on the first and second floors.  There is no lift access.  The adjacent Premier Cottage rooms are all on ground level - three rooms are accessed via a few steps and only the Godwit suite offers ramp access.  All Premier rooms have stunning sea views and extras such as bathrobes and mineral water.

Wi fi is available free of charge in public rooms.

Inland Rooms

Inland view rooms are attractively furnished with en suite bath and/or shower and equipped with all standard requirements including remote control colour TV, direct dial telephone with PC modem connection, hairdryer, hospitality tray and clock/radio.

Sea View Rooms

The sea view rooms offer delightful views out over the harbour and to St Anthony's Head and are equipped with all  requirements listed above to provide for a comfortable stay.

Premier Cottage Rooms

The "Rock's"  Premier Cottage rooms are located in a quaint annex next to the main hotel building.  These are luxurious bedrooms, offering spacious comfort. All four of these rooms offer spectacular views out over the water and when the tide is in, it is like being at the edge of a giant saltwater swimmng pool!  These rooms have luxurious bathrooms with separate walk-in showers and thoughtful extras such as soft, towelling robes, additional toiletries and mineral water.

The Idle Rocks has 6 Premier rooms with French windows and balconettes that enable guests to get the most out of the superb views.  Modern furnishings combine with muted colours that are sympathetic to the exterior seascape and provide very comfortable accommodation.  Luxury bathrooms include walk in showers and the rooms are provided with thoughtful extras such as bath robes and mineral water
